Adam si doctorul Lawrence Gordon se trezesc legati de picioare in colturi opuse, intr-o toaleta mizerabila. Dr. Lawrence Gordon and Adam find themselves standing in opposite corners tied in a toilet miserable. This realize they are victims of a man who wants to teach victims to cherish their lives, forcing them to hurt themselves or others to stay alive. Jigsaw is described as a murderer, but he hurt his victims. Against time, the two must find a way out and try to save Gordon's family, taken hostage by the killer.
